The law around safety management in WA has changed in March 2022. The requirements of the WHS Act 2020 and three sets of regulations 2022 require all Persons Conducting a Business Undertaking (PCBU/employer) to implement these new requirements and regulations immediately. A small number of transitional arrangements have up to 2 years to implement.
